What we collect
We collect account details (name, email), onboarding profile data (age, height, weight, goals), meal photos you choose to upload, and subscription billing metadata from Stripe. We do not sell your personal data.
How we use your data
Data powers calorie estimates, meal analysis, personalized plans, and account security. Meal images are processed to return nutrition insights and may be stored so you can review past scans.
Sharing
We share data only with processors required to run CalSync (hosting, database, Stripe for payments, and optional AI vision providers when enabled). They may only process data on our instructions.
Retention & your rights
You can update profile data in the app and request account deletion at any time. Deleting your account removes associated profile, meal, and scan records from our primary systems.
